Circle Square No.1: Dragonfly Contracts
As part of the ongoing evolution of Manchester’s Circle Square development, Dragonfly Contracts transformed the reception area at No.1 Circle Square into a welcoming, contemporary space that meets the standards of its vibrant surroundings.
Following a full strip-out, Dragonfly designed and delivered a complete refurbishment — including a new reception desk, coworking zone, lounge area, kitchenette, meeting booths, feature wall, ceiling raft, and a stunning central tree feature set within a bespoke table. The addition of rich biophilia throughout further enhances the calm, modern aesthetic.
To complement Dragonfly’s beautifully considered design, we supplied Otto chairs and Jasper tables, helping to bring comfort, functionality, and cohesion to the new coworking and lounge spaces.
The result is a bright, modern environment that keeps No.1 Circle Square competitive in the commercial office market while creating a fresh, inspiring welcome for tenants and visitors alike.
